The two documents below relate to the way the Society complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (May 2018) to ensure that it properly protects all the information it holds about you and on your behalf.

New Members
The relevant consent form is part of the application form (see SHOP) so you do NOT have use one of the forms below when you apply. 

Existing Members
IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO, please complete the relevant form so the Society knows exactly how you wish us to handle your data.
IF IN THE FUTURE YOU WISH TO CHANGE YOUR PERMISSIONS, please complete the relevant form so the Society knows exactly how you wish us to handle your data going forward.
